Bridges Change Management
William Bridges has written a number of books on transition, including,
"Transitions: Making Sense of Life's Changes" and, "JobShift:
How to Prosper in a Workplace Without Jobs." His program
for Managing Organizational Change helps employees and managers
navigate changes such as corporate restructuring and mergers with
minimal stress and disruption. Participants learn about the typical
responses to change and uncertainty and develop practical coping
strategies and action plans.
Leadership Architect Suite
Leadership Architect (copyright Lombardo & Eichinger) is a
suite of assessments used in employee development. Career Architect
lists key competencies required for specific positions. The assessment
then identifies the key competencies of an individual. A development
plan is created by reviewing the gap between individual skill-sets
and job requirements. From this, specific practice items are suggested.
Leadership Architect is also capable of providing an in-depth
analysis of learning skills and tactics.
MBTI
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an instrument that will
help you determine your personality type and those around you.
Once identified, MBTI can help you work better with others, become
more efficient with your own work, help you manage career changes,
and instruct you on how best to communicate with others. The MBTI
is very helpful for people in all organizations and at all levels
of management. The results can be applied both immediately and
over the long term to produce positive results in work and personal
relationships.
TTI Disc
TTI Disc is the world standard for behavioural profiling. Behavioural
profiling is not a "personality assessment", rather
it provides an assessment of a persons "style" and provides
information on how style affects communication, teamwork, workplace
effectiveness, leadership and more. Behavioural profiles are used
for hiring and training.
TTI PIAV
The PIAV (personal interests, attitudes and values) profile presents
a view of individual drivers. PIAV reports are invaluable in recruiting,
profiling job roles and determining significant values for an
individual. Measuring six core values, Theory, Utility, Aesthetic,
Social, Individualistic and Traditional, PIAV reports are a necessary
addition to behavioural profiling.
