Baxter Bean is growing and we are looking for people to join our team. We are looking for people who have two ears, one mouth and a brain in between.

We need people who know how to listen first and foremost. Understanding and learning about our clients is our first step. Then we need someone who can process that information to create a strategic plan based on experience and knowledge. And lastly we need someone who can communicate that information effectively to the customer in a way that is relevant and applicable.
